Example:

Galen, a Priest of Tylanria, encounters 4 Zombies while travelling to Balien City, unfortunately Galen is armed only with a Mace. He decides to even the fight up a little by Turning some or all of the Zombies. Galen boldly presents his Holy Symbol to the Zombies whilst praying to Tylanria for the Power to smite them. Galen has an IQ of 10 and Turning Undead at L4 for a total of 14 and the Zombies are at 9. Galen rolls an 8 while the Zombies roll a 12, the difference is then calculated ( Galen made his roll by 6 and the Zombies missed by 3 = a difference of 9) and then the Turning Results Table is consulted ( In this case a 9 results in the Zombies fleeing or 1d6 of them being disintegrated ). Galen then rolls a 5, which destroys all the Zombies.
