Pyrus appears as a flaming fire elemental of enormous size and ferocious heat, he is capricious and vain, but also a great help to all who require his gift. The fire of Pyrus gives life , but on the other hand its is also a great destroyer of life.

Priests of Pyrus tend to reflect their Gods capricious nature and are known for burning the hand that helps them. The ceremonial garb of Pyrus' Priests is a multi hued robe made to resemble the Fire of their Lord. Priests of Pyrus have an innate fear of water and will never willingly bath in it, though most will cleanse themselves in a fire, and thus seem to smell constantly of heated metal.
