Gremlins are 1 ½ ft tall mambers of the Imp Class of Demon and ussually reside in the Abyss. They have no effective offencive weapons, but dont think this makes them any less deadly, because they have an impressive array of spell like powers  with which to torment and harass you until you do something stupid and get yourself killed.

Gremlins can fly like most Imps, but are at best clumsy in the air though quite fast in a straight line. They have grey scaly skin which affords them good protection and can only be damaged by magical attacks(Spells or Weapons). They can also be Turned or Banished by Priests as IQ 15 Undead and are Severely Allergic to Sunlight, while a Vail of Holy Water will do 1d+2 Damage to them.

The first Gremlin was Summoned in BY -1633 by a Mages Apprentice named Garl-Noran, who had learnt of them while conversing with his masters Familliar, an Imp named Rasafarion who convinced Garl that he was powerful enough to Summon and Control Gremlins as they were weak and stupid. So after learning what he thought was a complete Summoning Formula from Rasafarion, Garl decided to try it without his masters help or guidance. At the conclusion of the summoning 8 gremlins appeared within the Magical Circle, Garl had created, and promptly escaped from the incorrectly drawn circle. They then went on a Rampage through the City of Brescia in the Provence of Relmandia, which only ended after 3 days when the last of them had been hunted down.

Gremlin's are now in the "DO NOT BLOODY SUMMON"List in most Mages Black Books o Things Not to do with Magic, though the Forces of Darkness™ ( ie the Catholic Church, Microsoft, Saddam Hussain etc) like to summon them occasionally to cause mayhem and disorder.

Gremlins create havoc wherever they appear and have been known to destroy small villages with their mischief.
