The above map is of the Royal County of Balien, the Counties of Llanys, Baceking, Kozaet, Irip, Milien, Grall, Pagino, Serate and Magetan. To the southwest are the Halfling County of Bellamo and the lower steps of the Seat of Raglovan. Grall Island is the Home of the Balien Royal Guard and contains Fort Tallin, which is the Royal Guards Officer Academy and also is the location of the Armies Specialist Schools in Siegecraft and Logistics. Balien is Unique in having a Professional Standing Army and various Academies and Schools to teach its Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers.
